About Me

Jennifer Bass MA CCC-SLP

HI, I'm Jenny! I'm a Speech-Language Pathologist, mom of 2 boys, and passionate advocate of helping families to better understand their children's needs to thrive in their daily lives.
I've been working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in this area for over 10 years. My diverse experience including early intervention, private practice, and  neurodiverse school systems
have provided me with the knowledge to help your child and family on an individual level. As a busy mother myself, I understand the need for therapy to be integrated into a busy life and my goal is to find ways to work on your child's communication needs throughout the day in a way that works for you and your family. Through partnering with parents we work to have speech therapy be a time of connection and building skills for both you and your child.

We were so pleased with Jenny's expertise in Speech. She has a wealth of information on not just speech but child development and is able to easily translate the clinical jargon into easy to understand terms for families. My daughter was extremely shy and resistant to Jenny at first but Jenny always took it in stride and tried different approaches to engage her. Eventually my daughter warmed up to Jenny and they formed a great relationship. My daughter made significant gains in her language development and I credit that largely to the efforts that Jenny went to with her. We were genuinely sad when my daughter no longer needed Jenny's services. I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a Speech Language Pathologist.
